I have an unwavering passion for design and illustration, a drive that has shaped much of my life. When I’m immersed in the creative process, time disappears—I often forget to eat or check the clock, fully absorbed in bringing ideas to life. Whether sketching, designing, or working with digital media, I find immense satisfaction in transforming concepts into reality. This passion led me to the animation industry as a storyboard artist, where I refined my skills and deepened my love for visual storytelling.
At Xuenn, I took on the role of Design Lead, where I not only managed projects but also mentored and supported my team. Understanding each team member’s strengths, personality, and background allowed me to assign tasks effectively and foster strong communication and collaboration. I believe that while project deadlines are fixed, the best way to achieve them is flexible—placing people in the right roles and creating a positive, cooperative environment is key. Skills can be developed, but attitude and character define long-term success.
